Join the C.O.B.R.A. Fit class for fun, exciting and effective 50-minute kickboxing & strength training classes!

Attend up to 4 classes per week of our Fitness Kickboxing and strength training. We focus on stretching, core workout, calisthenics and a cool down. Classes are conducted on industry standard fitness kickboxing bags with high tempo music in the background.

C.O.B.R.A. Fit for Burning Calories & Fat

Our C.O.B.R.A. FIT instructors lead the entire class by calling off every combination. Keeping you motivated. Keeping you focused. There are plenty of breaks and if you are tired you can take a break and rehydrate. You can get back on the bag when you feel refreshed.

Building Solid Muscle

Strength training with fitness resistance bands are woven into the classes for the ultimate workout experience. Our instructors count every repetition and motivate you to keep going. The days of needing weights and not knowing what to do are over!

Absolutely not. The C.O.B.R.A. Fit class was designed so everyone can participate and succeed. Classes are led by a professional trainer so you don’t get that “gym scene” or feel intimidated since you’re a beginner.


Come in 15 minutes before your first class to get a personal training introduction. Even with zero experience, it only takes 15 minutes to understand the workout.  Most of all, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of what it means to be C.O.B.R.A. Fit!
